Terms of Service

These Terms govern your access to and use of Aegis, an application security reasoning and remediation platform operated by Artificia AI ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms on behalf of your organization ("Customer").

Aegis analyzes source code, infrastructure-as-code, dependencies, and cloud configuration you connect, and produces findings, attack-path reasoning, and proposed remediations. Remediations are proposals only; Aegis never merges code or modifies your systems without your action.

You represent that you are authorized to submit the code and connect the cloud accounts you provide, and that doing so does not violate any third-party rights. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You may not use Aegis to test or attack systems you are not authorized to assess, to reverse engineer the service, or to resell it without written permission.

Paid plans are billed through Stripe on the cadence shown at checkout. Trials convert to paid unless cancelled before the trial ends. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues through the end of the paid period.

Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy and Data Processing Addendum. We do not train models on your code and operate the LLM boundary in zero-retention mode.

You retain all rights to your code and data. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to provide the service. We retain all rights to the Aegis platform, rulepacks, and generated reasoning, excluding your underlying content.

Aegis assists security review but does not guarantee discovery of every vulnerability. The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Either party may terminate for material breach not cured within 30 days. On termination we delete or return your data per the DPA retention terms.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be notified in-app or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Contact legal@artificia.ai.
